1/3 | cup | grated parmesan cheese | |

2 | Tablespoons | all-purpose flour | |

1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|||
1/8 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|||
1 | egg | ||
|
|||
2 | Tablespoons | milk | |
|
|||
4 | fillets | (4 oz. each) orange roughy or catfish | |

In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, beat egg and milk.
Dip fish fillets into egg mixture, then coat with the Parmesan mixture. Coat a 13x9x2- inch baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange fish in baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
