1 | pkg. | frozen pasta with broccoli, corn and carrots in garlic sauce | |
|
|||
1 | can | (14 oz.) diced tomatoes | |
|
|||
1-1/2 | cups | tomato juice | |
|
|||
2 | teaspoons | dried Italian seasoning, crushed | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese | |
|
In a large Dutch oven, cook ground beef until brown. Stir in beef broth, pasta with vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning.
Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
