1 | can | (11 ounce) Mandarin oranges, drained | |

1/4 | cup | green pepper, chopped | |
|
|||
2 | large radishes, sliced | ||

4 | cups | fresh torn spinach | |
|
|||
1 | can | (5 ounce) evaporated milk | |
|
|||
1/3 | cup | orange juice concentrate | |
|
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, oranges, green pepper, radishes and spinach. Pour milk in a small bowl; gradually whisk in orange juice concentrate. Drizzle over salad and toss to coat. Refrigerate leftovers.
