1 | pkg. | (8 oz.) vermicelli noodles | |

1/3 | cup | peanut butter | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | soy sauce | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | orange juice | |
|
|||
1/4 | teaspoon | ground red pepper | |
|
|||
3 | carrots, shredded | ||
|
|||
1 | large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips | ||
|
|||
6 | green onions, sliced | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | dry roasted peanuts | |
|
Break noodles into thirds. Cook and drain as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, orange juice and red pepper until smooth. Toss noodles, peanut butter mixture and remaining ingredients together. Chill before serving.
